Our Company:
HighPointe Group is a privately held employee owned company established to provide full service, third party consulting and rooftop management services representing major properties landlords.
The company was formed in 2000 by a real estate developer/investor and in 2003 HighPointe acquired Spectrum Site Management Corporation.
HighPointe has offices in Dallas, Houston, New York and New Jersey and employs strategic partners in San Francisco, Chicago, Tampa, and throughout the country in the larger markets. The company markets and manages over one thousand buildings nationwide.
