Irma Adame brings to HighPointe more than 18 years of commercial real estate and telecommunications experience, and has been responsible for all business operations in HighPointe’s Dallas office since HighPointe’s inception. Ms. Adame’s responsibilities range from business development and account management of major accounts to developing marketing strategies, negotiating telecommunications license agreements and extensive review and approval of all contracts.She successfully negotiated several wireless, broadband and fiber build outs; overseeing all aspects of the installation process, including construction document review and property site surveys. Ms. Adame continues to develop carrier relationships with the major players across the wireless and broadband industry.
Before joining HighPointe, Ms. Adame was responsible for contract negotiations, development and management of SCI Real Estate Development, a private real estate consulting firm. She also served as a liaison to property management operations and leasing division for vendor contract negotiations at Brook Partners, a prominent Dallas real estate company, preparing lease agreements, renewals and tenant retention projects.
