Ms. De La Fuentez joined High Pointe Group brings 10 years of combined experience in Residential, Commercial Real Estate and Telecommunications to HighPointe Group with a strong emphasis on project management, operations, accounting and contract management for the wireless industry.
Prior to joining High Pointe Group, Ms. De La Fuentez worked with Fiber Tower Network Services, Inc, which is a backhaul network provider and was responsible for Site Acquisition, Lease coordination, construction drawing review and accounting services. She negotiated and procured vendor contracts and license agreements as well as coordinated legal and title matters to obtain the required zoning and building permits. She generated surveys, environmental assessments and preliminary site evaluations in order to identify viable locations. She closed selected sites cost effective and in a timely manner for the client to meet their base line objective.
Prior to Fiber Tower, Ms. De La Fuentez was Director of Operations and Project Coordinator at Ericsson, Inc. She was responsible for all project coordination related to commercial construction and telecommunication installations. She maintained the State Licensing Program and the administration of task orders to all subcontractors. She was actively involved in the business case development and financial analysis of all field operation projects.
Ms. De La Fuentez received an Associate in Business Management from Stratford Career Institute in Washington, DC.
