Judson L. Pankey - President
Mr. Pankey combines a comprehensive understanding of the varied needs of wireless and broadband carriers in dealing with landlords and facility managers with an impressive vision of how wireless and broadband networks will shape communications in the years to come. Mr. Pankey is an industry pioneer who shaped a unique vision of the positive benefits for building owners when the process of leasing to carriers and other frequency-intensive groups is properly managed.

As President of the HighPointe Group, Mr. Pankey continues to expand the concept of providing service to bandwidth- and spectrum-intensive tenants with unique work environments. He is responsible for determining the firm’s acquisition and capital markets strategy focusing on high tech and telecommunications-centric building portfolios to meet the rising demands of the telecommunications industry. Mr. Pankey’s great vision, technical skills and proven leadership provide HighPointe with the direction and performance necessary to reach its goals in a rapidly evolving industry. His leadership of the company directly reflects both his vast telecommunications expertise and the needs of carriers and enterprise clients in wired and wireless environments.

Prior to joining HighPointe, Mr. Pankey headed up WiredZone, a subsidiary formed to provide comprehensive work environments for bandwidth-intensive users and complex services to carriers and enterprise customers from the wireless side. Mr. Pankey formed WiredZone through Prescott Realty Group, where he was President, responsible for determining the firm’s acquisition strategy and managing the day-to-day operations of its real estate portfolio. Prior to Prescott, Mr. Pankey was Executive Vice President at SCI-ROEV, in charge of the $120 million Texas Partners investment portfolio. He helped acquire the Dallas-based Nations Bank portfolio, and oversaw the management of the portfolio’s telecommunications infrastructure, engineering, rehabilitation and leasing for the properties. Mr. Pankey earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and is a recipient of Corning World Trade Council Fellowship.
