Kristen Hubbard joined HighPointe in 2008 with extensive experience in the rooftop and tower site management industry. Ms. Hubbard is responsible for antenna site license negotiation with carriers as well as the preparation of all contracts and related collocation documents necessary for carrier collocation, as well as lease renewal on existing leases. Acting as a liaison between clients, legal departments and site acquisition consultants, Ms. Hubbard is instrumental in facilitating the entire collocation process with current and prospective wireless and wireline licensee's which also includes coordinating between engineering to facilitate final engineering plan approvals necessary to complete the carrier's installation. She has successfully negotiated several wireless, in-building broadband and fiber build outs and continues to develop carrier relationships with all the major carriers for wireless and broadband service providers.
During her time at HighPointe, Ms Hubbard has also been instrumental in streamlining internal business operations, new business development, and developing marketing strategies to increase the number of sites available to carriers as well as provide a central contact to property owners and property managers who have entrusted HighPointe Group to manage their telecom sites.
Prior to joining HighPointe, Ms. Hubbard held the position of Site License Specialist at Centerpointe Communications responsible for all license negotiations, account management, accounting functions and contract dispute resolution.
Ms. Hubbard holds a BBA degree from the University of Texas in Arlington.
