Lloyd Caraway brings to HighPointe more than 20 years experience in collocation sales, project management, zoning consulting, permit expediting and site acquisition. Mr. Caraway incorporates strong communication and planning skills and maintains numerous client relationships within the telecom industry.
Prior to HighPointe, Mr. Caraway was part of the management team responsible for acquiring build-to-suit and collocation contracts for TrinTel Communications, Inc. At TrinTel, Mr. Caraway assisted in the negotiation of a master lease agreement with VoiceStream Wireless and managed collocations sites in the Pacific Northwest & South regions of the U.S.
Prior to TrinTel, Mr. Caraway achieved a 100% success rating in acquiring and implementing twenty-five cell tower sites in West Texas for Unisite, Inc. and Site Cellection, Inc. In addition, Mr. Caraway was instrumental in acquiring zoning changes and building permits for the construction of telecommunications equipment and digital transmission towers for Sprint Sepctrum acquiring more than 60 permits from twenty separate municipalities through tactical negotiations with key officials.
Mr. Caraway earned his BBA degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
