Steve Caron - Chief Financial Officer Steve Caron joined Prescott/Wiredzone in 2001 providing direction, management, and leadership in the administrative, business planning, accounting, budgeting, and automation efforts of HighPointe Group, a major strategic unit of Prescott Realty Group/Wiredzone. Caron directs the activities of a variety of special service and centralized administrative support functions. Caron provides strategic consultation and represents Prescott/Wiredzone management to administrative leadership as appropriate. Prior to joining Prescott Realty Group/WiredZone, Caron served as Vice President of Operations at Means-Knaus where he was responsible for asset performance, financial reporting, acquisition due diligence, risk management and information technology. Caron joined Means and Knaus at Paragon Group in 1983. He served as vice president, controller and chief administrative officer for the Central Region until 1994, at which time Paragon successfully completed its IPO. In the public company, Caron was Senior Vice President as the chief information, administrative and accounting officer for the entire commercial group. He supervised a staff of 50 employees for the six regional accounting offices across the country and a portfolio of 175 projects totaling 25 million square feet. From 1996 to 1998, Caron served as director of operations for Insignia Commercial Group in Dallas. He was responsible for the strategic planning, information management, financial analysis and budgeting for a portfolio of 180 projects, totaling 50 million square feet. |
