Steven Dean – Controller
Steven Dean comes to HighPointe with more than 20 years experience in property and asset management, accounting, budgeting, business and administrative planning.

For 13 years prior to joining HighPointe, Mr. Dean was the Controller for Graywood Developments Company, an International land development firm, where he was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for residential lot development and Commercial Property Management in the Southern United States. He and his team were responsible for the maximization of profits through strict financial controls accurate budgets and long term goal related planning.

Prior to Graywood, Steven was with several large property management firms which included Bradford Companies and Metropolitan Structures, a division of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, where he was an integral part of the computerization and streamlining of the accounting departments and systems. At these companies he held various supervisory and management positions and was responsible for a portfolio of assets which included commercial, retail and warehouse properties as well as apartments and high density residential properties.

Mr. Dean is a CPA and holds a Bachelors degree in Business from Amber University.
